So what is needed?

We know that sorting out ID is dull, but there are a couple of things that we need in order to process your application.

First things first, please check the email that we have sent you carefully. This will determine whether you need to send us documents from just List A, just List B, or something from both lists

To send your ID and address documents to us, you can:

  • Attach them to an email and send to our admin team
  • Make an appointment to bring them to our office in Gateshead
  • For very large files, use an online service such as We Transfer

If you are scanning or photographing the documents please make sure the scans capture the full document and are good quality images.
