• Ensuring all our online forms meet the required standards for collecting consent.

• Updating our website operations to ensure sufficient security of data through encryption.

• Implementing a Subject Access Request Policy and Procedure.

• Implementing a robust Data Breach Monitoring and Reporting Procedure.

• Implementing a framework for Data Protection Impact Assessments.

• Ensuring our business continuity plans account for data protection.

• Updating our internal policies and procedures to comply with the GDPR.

• Ensuring our staff have been properly trained and able to meet the requirements of the GDPR in their day-to-day roles.
